PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY. In our continued efforts to provide superior care, we depend on the candid opinions of our patients. In order to assess the level of patient satisfaction with our practice, we designed an anonymous survey and sent it to every patient who has had at least three appointments with Dr. Brusil at Neurodiagnostic Consultants, LLC. We are very grateful to all patients who have taken their time to complete and return the surveys - over a half of all responses were received within 10 days after they had been mailed to the patients. The survey consists of the following six sections: Section 1. Initial Contact With Neurodiagnostic Consultants, LLC. Section 2. Experience At The Office During Visits Section 3.
